What devices can read NFC?
Both iPhone and Android devices support NFC. Most Android phones natively have NFC capabilities. The newest iPhones have NFC enabled natively without the need for an app. If you’re using an iPhone 7 through iPhone X, you’ll need a NFC reader. We recommend the Decode NFC App, found in the App Store. Phones before iPhone 7 do not have NFC capability beyond Apple Pay

Why can't I share/post my video content digitally?
PAACHN loves both our digital and physical worlds. We believe the content that comes with your jacket straddles our physical/digital worlds. We encourage you to share your experience with the people who are immediately around you. This makes your private content more valuable and useful. Have fun with it and strike up an interesting conversation with someone who has not discovered the PAACHN experience.
What is your exchange policy?
PAACHN products can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after date of purchase for a full refund, providing the item is in its original condition, with tags still attached. If you wish to return your PAACHN product send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason why you wish to return your product and we will send you further information.
What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
If your product is damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will make sure to correct the issue.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship both domestically and internationally. Currently, we only offer free shipping in the United States.
What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
For US orders we use UPS as our major carrier. All international orders will be processed by DHL.
How much does shipping cost?
Currently, we only offer free shipping in the United States for orders over $75. For orders less than $75 the cost will be displayed prior to final payment.
Where is my order?
If you cannot find your order or have lost your online order details please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Guess what? You get to interact with a human and not a robot.
Can I edit/cancel my order?
All orders will be processed with 48 hours. Thus, all cancelations must be made within 48 hours of original purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
Can I edit an address on my order after it’s shipped?
Unfortunately, once an order has shipped you cannot edit your address. If you have an issue please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where can I find my tracking?
You can find your tracking number on your online order receipt. If you need any assistance please contact us at email@example.com
What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
If your order has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away.
What is a preorder or backorder, and when will my order ship?
Pre-orders are considered any items that are processed as a sale prior to their product release date. Any pre-orders that are processed will be shipped on their release date. We will do our best to inform you when you product will be processed for shipment.
Payments and Sizing
What forms of payment do you take?
PAACHN uses the Shopify platform and currently take most major credits cards, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We are in the process of setting up other forms of payment. Please contact us at email@example.com if you are having payment issues or would like to use a particular type of payment.
What currency are your prices in?
Our prices are listed and processed in USD.

Do you offer gift cards?
